MES Toppers 2005-06


Class XII success for MES and Ideal

STUDENTS of MES and Ideal Indian schools, who appeared for the All India Senior School Certificate (class XII) examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, in March this year, have produced outstanding results.
Among the highlights of the achievements of MES, which presented a total of 368 candidates in the Science and Commerce streams, is that 184 bagged distinction scoring 75%STUDENTS of MES and Ideal Indian schools, who appeared for the All India Senior School Certificate (class XII) examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, in March this year, have produced outstanding results. marks and above, and 15 scored A1 grade in all subjects.
MES also excelled with its Commerce topper Amrita Subhash Jambaval breaking all previous records at the school as well as in the region, as claimed by the institution, by scoring 94.4% (472 marks out of 500).
At Ideal, where a total of 125 students took the exams, 61 bagged distinction, four won A1 grade in five subjects, 14 got A1 in four, and 10 got A1 in three subjects.
The Science toppers at MES are Pankit Jaysukh Vachhani (474, 94.8%), Deepti Anie Varghese (473, 94.6%), and Greta Vincent (470, 94%).
At Ideal, K Deepthi Damodaran Nair (93.6%), Revathy V (92.2%), and Sameeha Zakaria (90.8%) are the Science toppers.
MES’s second topper in the Commerce stream was Sweta Kashyap Dalal (468, 93.6%) while Astha Shrivastava (464, 92.8%) stood third.
Ideal’s Commerce toppers are Thariq Jamal Khurshid (92.6%), M Azad Haris (91.2%), and Sulatha (90.8%).
The 23rd batch of CBSE class XII at MES comprised 115 boys and 123 girls in the Science stream and 62 boys and 68 girls in the Commerce stream.
The MES students who won A1 in all subjects and became eligible for a special cash award of QR1,000 each are the following: Abhijith Asokan Nair, Anand George Samuel, Ganesan Karthick, Pankit Jaysukh Vachhani, Rahul Budhiraja, Rishav Bhowmick, Sany Mathew, Shubhagata Deb Roy, Utsav Nandi, Anila Elza Alichen, Deepa Raghunath, Deepti Anie Varghese, Jyothi Unnikrishna Menon, Amrita Subhash Jambaval, Sweta Kashyap Dalal.
At Ideal, K Deepthi Damodaran Nair, Thariq Jamal Khurshid, Nisha A Joseph and Madeeha M Haniffa got A1 grade in five subjects.
